Roller shutter system for winding blackout curtains with electric drive

Characteristics and purpose:

Roller blind system for electric winding of blackout blends, for use in windows up to 6 meters wide. The system is driven by a 450W, 230V electric motor, with the option of wired or wireless control.

The universal mounting system allows easy installation in different conditions and on different surfaces.

Design:

Drive system: electric motor (230V, 450W power) with winding drum of 80-110 mm diameter (depending on the span). Drum lengths are made to order, the standard maximum width of the curtain is 600 cm. The attachment of the curtain material is made on a retractable system of keder aluminum slats, which allows for quick installation and removal of the curtains, for possible cleaning or replacement of panels. Control is by remote control or wall switch (optionally via a smartphone app).

During installation, the end positions are set, stopping in the extreme positions is automatic. Maximum height of the curtain: 10,0 m. The universal bracket mounting system allows you to install the mechanism in the recess between the mullions or to the lintel above the window. The structure and the materials used are completely resistant to ball impact and there is no need for additional protection of the structure.

Curtain materials:

• - PVC type material 650 gr/m2 - stops about 100% of light (Lt ~ 0)
• - Blackout type material, stops approx. 100% of light (Lt ~ 0)
• - Fabric type material - stops about 40-60% of light (Lt =40-60%)
• - Other blackout materials to be agreed.
• - The degree of light absorption by the roller blind system is directly dependent on the type of shading material used.

The product is made to individual order, according to the specific dimensions of the curtain, where the maximum height of the curtain can reach 7 meters.

Each design of the curtain is specially adapted to the conditions of the sports hall in question, which ensures maximum functionality and aesthetics.
